At Whidbey Forest Friends, we create a nurturing environment

that Children can grow surrounded by the beauty of nature. Our mission is to foster a love and respect for nature, ignite imaginations and build a strong foundation for lifelong learning and exploration. Whidbey Forest Friends provides a unique art and nature Reggio Emilia principle preschool experience for parents, caregivers and children on Whidbey Island.

  • Whidbey Forest Friends Families classes ages 18months-5years old 

  • 8 week session Starts May 3rd! Saturdays 10-11:30am

  • 8 week session Starts May 7th! Wednesdays 9:30-11:00am

  • Sealife Live Class families: Saturday ages 2-12yrs, one day class -2:30-4:30pm June 7, 2025 

  • Sealife Live!-one day class,

  • (Ages 5-12yrs:

  • Sunday: May 18th- 1:00-3:00pm

  • Saturday: May 24 -2:30-4:30pm 

  • Preschool SeaLife Live ages 2-5yr May 18- 3:45-5:45pm

  • Sealife Live Summer Camps!

  • For ages 4-6yrs: Aug 12 & 13

  • For ages 6-8yrs: July 15 & 16

  • For ages 8-12yrs:  July 29 & 30

  • Forest Friends Summer Adventure Camp: ages 5-10yrs. 6week session (every Thursday) starts July 10th

We can host your private event or Birthday Party. Girlscout/Boyscout troops. Homeschool groups, Mommy/Daddy and me groups, PEPS, a friend group. 

Discounted or rate for girlscout/boyscout troops and homeschool groups. contact: whidbeyforestfriends@gmail.com

Group classes: We can set up a specific Art lesson or outdoor learning theme. $35 a child. Must have at least 6 children for class. 

​

Book a Private SeaLife Live class just for your friends! 

The same as our regular class with a Sea Lab set up and Scuba Diver there- except you pick the day and time. Price is $50 a child and includes a t-shirt for each child. Must have at least 5 children attend. 

 

Or meet at the Park of your choice for an outdoor Birthday Party with the theme of your choice with two art crafts, parachute play, and some fun music and games. Must have at least 8 children for the Birthday party to book. Price is per child at $25 a child. (You bring your own decorations and refreshments)
